To further implement the requirements of "building a scientific and robust monetary policy system and a comprehensive macro-prudential management framework" and to maintain the stability of the bond market, the People's Bank of China (PBOC) has decided to establish a facility for non-bank institutions in the bond market to conduct large-scale redemption swaps (referred to as Bond Market NBFI Swap Facility, abbreviated as BNSF). In specific circumstances where asset management institutions face collective liquidity risks or the bond market experiences systemic pressures, this facility supports bank wealth management subsidiaries and public fund managers (or their corresponding parent banks, securities companies, etc.) with systemic influence to borrow central bank bills from the PBOC for market repurchase financing. These funds can be used to purchase eligible bonds or product shares of their own (or their asset management subsidiaries') publicly offered products that are subject to redemption, which are then pledged to the PBOC. Participating institutions must continue to meet the prudential management requirements of the financial market and maintain market discipline.

On October 26th local time, large model manufacturer Anthropic submitted its registration documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and plans to list on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, with the stock code "ANT". The prospectus reveals that Anthropic achieved revenue of $16.29 billion in the first half of 2026, but suffered a net loss of $80.75 billion. Approximately $72.4 billion of this loss came from changes in the fair value of financial instruments such as convertible bonds, mainly related to an increase in the company's valuation. After adjustments, the operating profit for the same period was about $1.6 billion. Even greater pressure comes from investment in computing power. The prospectus indicates that Anthropic plans to commit at least $518 billion in expenditures over the next decade on cloud services, computing power, and infrastructure, of which about 80% is non-cancellable and must be paid regardless of actual usage.

Recently, there have been discussions in the market about Cambricon's chip shipments exceeding 1 million units next year. At Cambricon's third-quarter earnings briefing on the afternoon of October 26th, Chen Tianshi, the chairman and general manager of Cambricon, responded that the company has never engaged in such communications, and that market information is complex. Investors are advised not to rely on information of unknown origin or that has not been verified.

Goldman Sachs Group's Tony Pasquariello indicated that during the largest sell-off on Wall Street since July, hedge funds sold tech stocks at the fastest pace in two years last Thursday, raising serious doubts about the market's confidence in this transaction. The head of client business for Goldman Sachs' hedge funds, Pasquariello, wrote in a report to clients that although the S&P 500 index has been fluctuating within a narrow range for three months, the apparent calmness has masked a "sustained performance pullback" since the end of June following the AI trade. He stated that for weeks, hedge funds have been reducing their net and total stock exposures. "Have we seen a surrender-style sell-off? Although it's impossible to be certain, based on various information I've obtained from our business network and conversations with clients, it feels like the market has indeed been significantly weakened," Pasquariello wrote when discussing last Thursday's trades.
