ATLANTA, October 27, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Providi is officially launched today as the corporate brand behind Cerbo and OptiMantra. Cerbo and OptiMantra are two long-term products in the cash-paying personalized healthcare market. The two companies merged in 2025 and received growth investment from Mainsail Partners. Cerbo and OptiMantra will continue to exist as product brands under Providi.

These two electronic medical record ( EHR ) and clinic management products together support nearly 7,000 clinics, covering areas such as functional medicine, integrative medicine, longevity healthcare, health management, direct primary care, concierge medicine, cosmetic medicine, and behavioral health. Both have been serving this market since 2011.

The name “Providi” combines “provi” (which represents the core of each clinic – the medical service providers) with the Latin phrase “vidi” (which means “I see”), signifying that this is a company that starts with medical service providers and is capable of foreseeing the future direction of personalized medicine.

The mission of Providi is to help personalized healthcare providers improve patient outcomes and create more vibrant clinics. This mission has already begun to influence the product roadmap. With the collaborative development by the Cerbo and OptiMantra teams, new features can be delivered to healthcare providers more quickly, and AI Scribe is the first example of this. Cerbo AI Scribe is now available and can automatically record consultation notes, helping healthcare providers save time on documenting patient records between visits or after work. OptiMantra AI Scribe, developed based on the experience gained from the release of Cerbo, will also be soon rolled out to OptiMantra users.

Providi The CEO, Jeff Hindman, stated: "Personalized healthcare providers have built this market one clinic at a time, with each clinic designed around what they believe every patient deserves in terms of time, attention, and care. Cerbo and OptiMantra have already earned the trust of thousands of clinics, and the existence of Providi is to amplify this effort. By merging as a company, we will accelerate our innovation in the market and enable us to invest more in two of our products. Our focus remains on providing the technology that healthcare providers who are already using our products, as well as new service providers entering this market, need to succeed."

Providi indicates that users can still log in to Cerbo and OptiMantra products as they do now, contact the same sales representatives, and receive support, onboarding training, and product updates in the same manner. Users will begin to see the name Providi in joint activities and company communications, and they will also notice this change in the products: both teams are sharing their expertise, continuously investing in the two products, and new features are being rolled out to clinics more quickly.
