New York, October 29th / PRNewswire / -- Medical Data and AI Company Concurrence announced today that its Concurrence Health World Model and AI agents are now available on Microsoft Marketplace. Microsoft Marketplace serves as a unified online destination for customers to purchase trusted cloud solutions, AI applications, and agents, aimed at meeting business needs of enterprises. Customers can now discover and deploy trusted solutions through Microsoft Marketplace, and achieve smooth integration and simplified management between Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft products.

As a Microsoft partner, Concurrence can be directly deployed into the existing Microsoft Azure environments of medical institutions without the need for data migration. Medical systems, biopharmaceutical companies, and public health organizations running on Azure can build longitudinal patient records within the existing Microsoft environment and governance controls, deploy AI agents throughout the entire care process, and capture agent traces in order to learn from each care interaction.

Concurrence builds a unified data foundation for each institution, namely Health World Model, providing a 360-degree patient context that covers EHR records, claims processing, laboratory data, equipment data, past conversations, nursing plans, and more. On this foundation, AI and agents can enhance the judgment capabilities of expert clinicians in scenarios such as patient triage, medication management, and clinical decision support. The agent and traces generated from these real-time nursing interactions form a proprietary dataset that can be used by various institutions to optimize their clinical and operational investments.

This platform is interoperable with Epic on Azure. For organizations that use Microsoft Fabric, Concurrence can further provide AI capabilities for clinical and operational workflows on top of Microsoft's unified data and analytics platform. The platform can be run either within the customer's own Azure subscription or in a dedicated Azure subscription managed by Concurrence and located in the customer's region. Organizations can purchase Concurrence through Microsoft Marketplace, and eligible expenses can be credited to their Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment ( MACC ). Medical institutions can also contact Concurrence through their Microsoft account teams, Microsoft Marketplace, or the Concurrence website.

Co-founder and CTO John Xing stated: "The reason why AI is rarely adopted in the enterprise healthcare sector is not due to a lack of suitable use cases. The real challenge lies in deployment. Most established organizations have already made key platform choices, and the only way to avoid excessive implementation friction and the accumulation of technical debt is to build upon their existing technological ecosystems. For many of these organizations, this ecosystem operates on Microsoft Azure."

Microsoft's Vice President of Product Marketing, Cyril Belikoff, stated: " Microsoft Marketplace enables global customers to discover, trial, and deploy certified software solutions that are optimized for Azure. This will help solutions like Concurrence reach more customers and markets."

Microsoft Marketplace is a single destination where users can find, try out, and purchase reliable cloud solutions, AI applications, and agents to achieve their business goals. Customers have a wide range of options to choose from within an ever-growing collection of solutions that are available not only in Marketplace but also can be used directly within Microsoft products.

ServiceNow: Is it still worth buying after a 25% drop in stock price? Third-quarter performance and AI risks draw attention
ServiceNow's stock price fell 25% on Thursday, recording the largest single-day decline so far. The company's revenue in the third quarter increased by over 20% to $4.11 billion, which was generally in line with expectations, but the adjusted earnings per share of $1.00 were lower than the estimated $1.02; the annual subscription revenue forecast was slightly raised to $15.78 billion to $15.79 billion. The new AI contract value increased by 65%, yet this did not alleviate market concerns about AI tools impacting the traditional software business.
