Singapore, October 29th / PRNewswire / -- YYForce Inc. (Nasdaq ticker: YFOR) (hereinafter referred to as “YYForce” or “the Company”) announced today that it has commercially deployed a fleet of 11 robots for autonomous service at its dual-brand hotel complexes in Singapore, Novotel Singapore, on, Stevens, Mercure Singapore, on, and Stevens.
Under a 24-month business agreement, YYForce is deploying a dedicated team of autonomous service robots to streamline hotel internal logistics, room delivery, and cross-floor service processes, covering the extensive hotel operation infrastructure of the property. This deployment reflects the company's ongoing commitment to promoting the application of physical artificial intelligence ( Physical AI ) and automation in its commercial real estate portfolio.
The main highlights of this commercial deployment include:
- Scalable fleet architecture: An integrated system consisting of 11 service robots that can operate seamlessly within the daily hotel and room cleaning workflow, enhancing guest interaction and reducing the time required for routine service transfers.
- Full-stack Building Automation: Through the integration of dedicated elevator IoT (IoT) and (API) systems, end-to-end multi-floor navigation is achieved, enabling the fleet to autonomously call elevators and navigate through this multi-tower complex.
- Telephone connection with the PBX ecosystem: It achieves seamless interoperability with the hotel's dedicated packet switch (PBX) and SIP communication protocols, allowing for direct sending of automated guest notifications to rooms and real-time operational coordination.
- Commercialization RaaS Growth: Reflects the continued adoption of the YYForce Robot as a Service (RaaS) framework on the enterprise side. This framework can generate sustained high-gross-margin service revenue and, at the same time, eliminate the capital expenditure barriers for hotel partners.
YYForce, Chairman and CEO, Mike Fu stated: "Our deployment of 11 autonomous robot fleets in Novotel, Mercure, on, and Stevens represents an important operational milestone in the fields of physical artificial intelligence and hotel automation. By integrating advanced multi-floor elevator IoT, communication networks, and fleet robots into existing business processes, we are actively addressing constraints on service labor while also achieving tangible improvements in productivity. This deployment highlights the accelerating market demand for our integrated RaaS platform in high-end hotel assets across Southeast Asia."
The deployment of these 11 devices also provides a business model for YYForce to continue promoting the embodied entity AI and intelligent automation solutions in the management portfolio of commercial hotels and comprehensive facilities in the Asia-Pacific region.
