American companies can now exchange points earned from daily ACH and bank card payments at a 1:1 ratio for Avios, which can be used to book flights from various locations in the United States to London, including business class.

Dallas, November 6, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- PayRewards, a reward-based bill payment and accounts payable platform for U.S. businesses, announced today that it will add British Airways' loyalty currency Avios to its points conversion network. This collaboration provides U.S. business owners with a new way to utilize their regular payments to fly across the Atlantic. Customers can now convert points earned through business payments (including ACH and credit card payments) into Avios at a 1:1 ratio.

Exchange with British Airways for Avios

As a loyalty currency used by multiple airlines, including British Airways, Iberia, and Aer Lingus, Avios enables millions of customers to accumulate rewards within a wide range of travel, retail, and financial services partners, helping to transform their daily spending into meaningful returns. Avios can be used to exchange for flights, vacation products, and experiences, thereby helping to reduce travel costs.

British Airways states that each of its flights offers guaranteed redeemable reward seats, which customers can use the code Avios to exchange for. This is available for all cabin classes, ranging from World Traveller (Economy Class) to Club World (Business Class). For one-way flights, the minimum cost to exchange is 27,500 Avios plus an additional 75 pounds in taxes and fees. *

British Airways currently operates direct flights from 27 cities in the United States to London, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Boston, Washington D.C., as well as Dallas, which is the location of the PayRewards headquarters. On these routes, customers can enjoy the airline's premium cabins and services, such as the Club World (Business Class) seats equipped with fully flat beds, and the award-winning Club Suite seats available on many aircraft models, which come with independent doors and direct access to the aisle. After arriving in London, passengers can also continue on to other destinations in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia via connections.

Avios can also be used to redeem flights on airlines that are partners of the One World Alliance, including American Airlines. Avios Upon joining, together with Cathay Pacific Asia Miles and Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, it becomes a transit partner of PayRewards; more partners will join in the future.

Earn rewards by making daily corporate payments

Supplier payments made through ACH generally do not qualify for rewards, despite such expenditures accounting for a large portion of a company's annual costs. PayRewards allows companies to earn points on regular payments such as rent, utilities, taxes, and supplier invoices, whether made through ACH or credit card payments. If a company pays by credit card, it can retain the rewards associated with that credit card and additionally earn PayRewards points.

PayRewards CEO Blake Hutchison stated: "American business owners spend trillions of dollars each year on accounts payable, and a large portion of this expenditure yields no return at all. We help them turn all these expenses into rewards. With our partner Avios, the rent, inventory costs, and supplier invoices that business owners would otherwise have to pay could turn into a direct-flight business class ticket to London, where they can lie down comfortably. Whether this journey is to win new business in Europe or to enjoy a well-deserved vacation."

PayRewards is expected to announce more airline and hotel layover partners in December.

PayRewards was launched in the United States in August 2026 and received $28 million in Series E financing. Its parent company, Pay.com.au, is a leading corporate rewards platform in Australia that has processed over $7 billion in corporate payments for more than 30,000 companies in the past 12 months.
