According to CoinMeta, Wu said that according to the meeting minutes of ACDC, Ethereum developers have scheduled to activate the Glamsterdam upgrade on the Sepolia testnet at 13:53 on October 6th UTC. However, a stable Glamsterdam devnet has not yet been achieved. The latest devnet-9 cannot be finalized yet, and a major vulnerability was previously found in the consensus layer devnet-8, as well as issues that require updates from various clients in the execution layer EIP-8037. Therefore, developers plan to continue with the launch of devnet-10. If devnet-10 remains unstable, the upgrade time for Sepolia may be postponed. Developers have not yet determined the upgrade dates for the Hoodi testnet and mainnet, although they still hope to complete the mainnet launch by December. However, there are currently no signs that client implementations have reached the conditions required for mainnet deployment.
