According to CoinMeta, Hyperliquid Policy Center CEO Jake Chervinsky stated in a The Rollup interview that for on-chain finance to enter the US market in compliance, KYC and AML are indispensable requirements. He believes that future technologies need to enable on-chain intermediaries to meet the regulatory requirements of SEC, CFTC as well as those of the US Treasury Department. At the same time, SEC and CFTC are working on coordinating regulatory rules, and the compliant path for on-chain markets to enter the US is gradually becoming clear.
