According to CoinMeta, as disclosed in the §341 creditors' meeting of Poolin, the winning bid for the auction of Poolin assets has risen to 180 million US dollars, which is approximately 246% higher than the previous benchmark bid of around 52 million US dollars, or about 3.46 times the original bid. This transaction still requires approval from the Federal Bankruptcy Court of New Jersey and completion of the delivery process. The final amount that creditors will receive will depend on court confirmation, the bankruptcy plan, and subsequent distribution. Poolin wallet users' tokens were once used as collateral to borrow approximately 213 million US dollars from Antalpha, while Poolin used approximately 81 million US dollars to fund the construction of a mining farm in the United States. The accounts receivable of approximately 53.5 million US dollars from Poolin China are currently valued at zero. The investigation into the personal liability of founder Kevin Pan is still ongoing, and the federal criminal investigations regarding Poolin and wallet remain open. Previously, Poolin applied for Chapter bankruptcy protection in July.
