According to CoinMeta, the U.S. Senate rejected the Clear Act with a vote of 49-50. Meanwhile, SEC announced innovative exemption measures that allow tokenized U.S. stocks to be traded on the blockchain, and CFTC submitted a proposal for crypto market regulations to the White House.
