According to CoinMeta, as reported by CoinDesk, the US Digital Assets Market Transparency Act has been put on hold. Paul Atkins, the chairman of SEC, has been pushing for the establishment of a regulatory framework for tokenized securities, proposing a regulatory framework for crypto assets, establishing the validity of blockchain data ownership records, and improving digital asset custody rules. Mike Segal, the chairman of CFTC, submitted proposals regarding crypto transactions and markets to the White House, suggesting the creation of a category for crypto asset markets to regulate related enterprises.
