According to CoinMeta, Samsung Electronics is accelerating the construction of its first mass production line (PH1) located in its Pyeongtaek Fifth Complex (P5). It is reported that Samsung Electronics is discussing with major equipment suppliers to move up the target installation time for the (PH1) equipment from the originally scheduled third quarter of next year to the second quarter of next year. This move is interpreted as Samsung Electronics' determination to quickly ensure production capacity in response to the surge in demand for high-value (DRAM) and (NAND) flash memory in the field of artificial intelligence (AI).
