CoinMeta US stock data: The initial public offering (IPO) of Oura attracted orders approximately four times the number of shares issued, with the pricing to be determined on Tuesday. This demand has pushed the pricing towards the upper end of the range; the market valuation of Oura could reach $14.1 billion, and the estimated fully diluted market value of Bloomberg exceeds $15 billion. Oura demonstrated real growth in the IPO document, with revenue increasing by 74% to $1.21 billion within nine months, and the number of paid members doubling to 5 million. Although Oura still recorded a loss of $924.3 million, its IPO could be worth as much as $2.2 billion. Notably, in this initial offering, 73% of the shares were secondary shares sold by existing shareholders, with only 27% being primary shares issued by Oura itself.
