According to CoinMeta, Circle, co-founder of Sean Neville, has resigned from his position on the board of directors for personal reasons, with the resignation taking effect immediately. As a result, the number of board members has decreased from eight to seven. The Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy Fox to Geen, has informed the company of his intention to leave and will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer until the end of December 2026 to assist with the transition. The company has already commenced the process of selecting the next Chief Financial Officer. Fox-Geen's departure is not related to the company's operations, policies, or practices.
