According to CoinMeta, Pang Xiaogang, spokesperson and deputy director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, stated at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office that the "15th Five-Year Plan" for central enterprises has been issued. The plan proposes that by 2030, the contribution of central enterprises to strategic emerging industries should increase by another 5 percentage points. It also aims to further strengthen the support for industrial software and key components, take the lead in promoting artificial intelligence to empower various industries, innovate the development of service sectors, and focus on building emerging pillar industries. In the field of public services, greater emphasis will be placed on providing support and guarantees. The plan requires solid progress in the construction of six networks, as well as increased investment in productive services, consumer services, and emergency industries within the public service sector.
