According to CoinMeta, Bitget announced that the withdrawal portal for $BTC has been opened. A total of 5,500 BTC of the protection fund have been transferred in batches to the Bitget hot wallets to handle withdrawals. So far, 2,042.28 coins (approximately $169 million) have been transferred, with 3,457.72 coins still remaining on the chain. Bitget has pledged to continue to replenish the fund to reach a baseline of $300 million within a week, and we will continue to monitor the situation.
