According to CoinMeta, a member of the Compound community named ugurmersin has filed a complaint against Compound Foundation for improper use of 8.42 million DAI reserves managed on behalf of DAO. He cited blockchain records indicating that these funds were transferred to exchanges and exchanged for approximately 344,780 COMP, which were then returned to the relevant Safe addresses. The funds were also entrusted to the Foundation address, allowing participation in governance votes before the voting deadlines on Proposal at 580 and 582. He stated that Proposal 536 previously stipulated that these funds remained solely in the ownership of DAO and were intended only for protocol operations, not for personal trading or speculative activities. As of now, Compound Foundation has not responded to these allegations.
