Netherlands International: The upward trend of the US dollar may be difficult to sustain, unless employment data far exceeds expectations

CoinMeta data: Dutch international analyst Francesco Pesole pointed out in a report that unless the U.S. non-farm payroll report released on Friday far exceeds expectations, it may be difficult for the dollar to maintain its recent strong upward momentum. He stated that although it is still too early to determine whether the decline in oil prices is inevitable, news of an agreement between the United States and Iran regarding the Strait of Hormuz could prevent the dollar from rising further, which could help stabilize the government bond market and risk sentiment. In addition, according to Dutch International's short-term valuation model, the dollar currently seems to be overvalued. The Dollar Index DXY rose by 0.1% to 101.101, but a fall back to around 100.50 would be more in line with fundamental conditions. Dutch International expects that the employment data released this week will continue to prompt speculation in the market about whether the Federal Reserve will raise interest rates again in October.
