According to CoinMeta, and as reported by TASS, the Belarus High-Tech Park (HTP) has registered the country's first two crypto banks. These two institutions have first obtained the status of resident enterprises in HTP, and will subsequently need to pass certification from the National Bank of Belarus and be included in the crypto bank registry. The specific names of these institutions have not yet been disclosed. According to relevant laws introduced by Belarus this year, crypto banks are allowed to combine digital token services with banking, payment, and other related financial services.
