According to CoinMeta, on September 22, Binance experienced a net outflow of over 13,800 Bitcoin, worth approximately $1.15 billion, setting a new record for the largest single-day net outflow since 2023. Binance's Bitcoin reserves decreased from around 705,000 to about 685,000 in just 4 days, a reduction of about 20,000 coins, valued at around $1.66 billion. Analyst darkfrost stated that this outflow of Bitcoin from Binance is part of a broader trend of accumulation, with some investors choosing to manage their Bitcoin holdings themselves. The related outflows may also be related to institutional custody, internal wallet management, and other operational arrangements. Bitcoin is currently trading in the range of $83,000 to $84,000 per coin.
