CoinMeta US stock data: Cboe has signed a 25-year exclusive option licensing agreement with S&P P Dow Jones Indices, which extends until 2051. This agreement allows Cboe to continue holding the trading rights for S&P 500 index options and paves the way for the launch of tokenized option contracts. In 2025, the average daily trading volume of SPX options reached 3.9 million contracts, a year-on-year increase of 25%. Cboe's CEO, Craig Donohue, stated that this agreement provides long-term development space for the company to expand its SPX and VIX products, while also maintaining continuity for institutional traders.
