According to CoinMeta, China Rare Earths announced that the company intends to purchase equity in Zhongxi (Liangshan) Rare Earths Co., Ltd. by issuing shares and to raise matching funds. This is expected to constitute a major asset reorganization and a related-party transaction, but it does not constitute a reorganization for listing purposes. The transaction is still in the planning stage. The company's stock has been suspended since the market opened on November 2, 2026, and it is anticipated that the transaction plan will be disclosed within no more than 10 trading days, which means that the relevant information should be made public by November 16, 2026. If the board of directors cannot convene to review and disclose the transaction plan within this time frame, the stock will be rescheduled to trade no later than November 16, 2026, and the related planning activities will be terminated.
