Mist Analysis stated that the attackers exploited vulnerabilities in transient and storage to forge batch roots and carry out unauthorized withdrawals, involving 1 ETH and 11 ERC-20 transfers. Mist recommends that relevant cross-chain relay projects reset transient and storage and bind verification values.
