According to CoinMeta, the DeepSeek harness team published a technical article on their official WeChat account on the evening of October 31st titled " super-agent Design Exploration: Towards a More Autonomous agent System." DeepSeek indicates that improvements in model capabilities have given rise to new forms of applications, with personal assistants ( personal agent ) beginning to emerge in large numbers. However, existing mainstream agent designs are still unable to support this model at the scale of multitasking and team collaboration; the upper limit of multitasking depends on human attention. By adopting a dual-layer architecture, event-driven mechanisms, asynchronous multi-channel interactions, separation of storage and computation, and integration with external watchdog, the DeepSeek team has overcome these limitations. The system has taken over the tedious tasks of session management and context synchronization at the underlying level, allowing humans to move up to higher levels of decision-making and validation. Currently, an internal super-agent instance built using this approach is in continuous operation, participating daily in issue reproduction and resolution, code review responses, and the DeepSeek harness's own iteration process.
