According to CoinMeta, Boris Blokhin, the Senior Managing Director of the Moscow Exchange, stated that the pilot will be operational on the stock market infrastructure starting from December 1st, with trading hours from 6:50 to 23:50 Moscow Time, and the tokens will be held by cooperative digital custodian institutions.
