Compare messages sent globally
The company stated that this AI system will compare the information received by users with the billions of messages sent by Amazon globally to confirm whether they originate from the company's own systems.
The system will comprehensively analyze signals such as sender information, message content, sending time, and message metadata to determine the authenticity of the communication. Amazon claims that this feature can clearly confirm whether a communication was sent by their system.
The existing verification channels will continue to be retained.
