Cantor Fitzgerald continues to be optimistic about CoreWeave, as its profits are improving.

Analyst Knoblauch defended this rating by pointing out that CoreWeave has raised the price of GPU twice this year: by 25% in July, and then another 10% subsequently. He expects that these price changes will drive the profitability of CoreWeave in 2027, especially in 2028.

This analyst believes that this boost will be built on the already improved profit margins of CoreWeave.

Knoblauch indicates that: 'From a financial perspective, CoreWeave claims that the demand corresponding to each megawatt of production capacity is ten times that.'

He further explained, "They [CoreWeave] are still very confident about achieving the 8 gigawatt target by the end of this decade; it seems that the company is responding to customer requests by increasing international production capacity, while also emphasizing that they will adopt more self-built models in the future."

Nebius expands by acquiring Inferize.

The technology provided by Inferize can help enterprises shorten the time required to launch and scale large AI models. Nebius expects that this technology will contribute to enhancing their Token Factory.

Nebius Token Factory is a platform designed for AI inference. In this context, inference refers to the operation of the AI model to accomplish tasks such as responding to user queries. Nebius expects that the technology of Inferize will help it make more efficient use of the production capacity of GPU.

Nebius points out: "Cold start – the time it takes for a model to load before processing a single request – will incur additional time and cost for teams running AI models in large-scale production environments." The company states that the technology of Inferize helps to narrow this gap.

Among these three neocloud stocks, only IREN Limited ( IREN ) currently has a unanimous “strong buy” rating from analysts. In addition, the stock comparison tool for TipRanks shows that IREN leads the gain among this group of companies, with a potential upside of about 87%.

This upward potential is based on an average target price of $77.36 for IREN.
