Industry veterans take on roles in CRO; BlueVoyant states they will lead global sales and revenue operations, driving the expansion of the company's AI network security product portfolio

New York, October 7, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Leading cybersecurity company BlueVoyant announced today the appointment of John Hultman as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Hultman will lead the global revenue organization of BlueVoyant, including sales and revenue operations, and will work closely with the company's management to accelerate growth and strengthen market entry GTM implementation.

BlueVoyant CEO John Hernandez stated: " John has joined BlueVoyant at a crucial moment for the company. We have already laid a solid foundation, and as we continue to expand our business and deepen our customer relationships, his experience and perspective will bring value. His focus on execution and customer success aligns highly with our development direction, and he will help us meet the needs of a market that is seeking the capabilities provided by BlueVoyant."

Hultman possesses over 30 years of global technology sales leadership experience and has deep expertise in the fields of SaaS, cloud, and security. Recently, he has served as the Chief Revenue Officer for the data security company Druva, responsible for leading the global GTM strategy. Prior to that, he was in charge of sales in the Americas for Cohesity and held several key sales leadership positions at Dell EMC for nearly 20 years, including in the Americas and the Asia-Pacific, Japan, and Greater China region ( APJC ). The company states that he has a proven track record in building and expanding high-growth organizations by optimizing GTM architectures and sales processes, and is committed to driving business results for customers and partners.

Hultman indicates that "the landscape of network security has reached a turning point. Enterprises are facing increasing complexity, fragmented security tools, and the need to move from merely detecting threats to taking action, not only within their own boundaries but also across their suppliers and in all places where their brands are present online. What attracted me to join BlueVoyant is its differentiated approach to this challenge: combining BlueVoyant AI with human expertise to provide protection within the enterprise's own environment, at all stages of the supply chain, and beyond traditional boundaries. The opportunities ahead of us are quite substantial, and this team is precisely built to seize these opportunities."

BlueVoyant indicates that, as the company continues to expand its portfolio of network security products, the appointment of Hultman comes following the company's strong third-quarter performance. The company has recently launched one of the first deployment solutions, aimed at helping enterprises adopt Microsoft's newly released Microsoft Defender Integrated Security Operations Center ( ISOC ), which represents a new advancement built on the long-term partnership with Microsoft. BlueVoyant is also advancing BlueVoyant AI, including helping organizations to securely adopt and manage AI proxy solutions within their environments.
