Klipboard is a global enterprise management software provider targeting specific industries. Linxup was established in 2004 and provides a range of cloud-based fleet and on-site service management solutions, including real-time vehicle tracking, AI-enabled dashcams, tool and equipment tracking, driving behavior monitoring, as well as driver and vehicle compliance management. The cloud platform of Linxup processes millions of data points daily, transforming complex fleet and operational data into actionable insights. Its solutions enable customers to monitor and manage their assets through an easy-to-use AI system, improving productivity, reducing operational costs, minimizing downtime, and enhancing driving safety through streamlined work processes, while maintaining visibility over vehicles, equipment, and assets. Currently, the Linxup service serves approximately 25,000 customers, connecting over 240,000 devices, and covers multiple field service industries including logistics, distribution, construction and heavy equipment, equipment leasing, HVAC and piping, landscaping and lawn maintenance, transportation, and public utilities.

This acquisition further enhances Klipboard's continuously expanding portfolio of solutions, enabling it to manage customers' physical and on-site operations, including vehicles, tools, equipment, and on-site teams.

Prior to this acquisition, Klipboard had acquired and continuously developed RAM Tracking at the beginning of 2025. RAM Tracking is a fleet tracking and mobile work management solution.
