Toronto, October 15th / PRNewswire / -- Bespoke Metrics Today, Procore Technologies, Inc. ( NYSE : PCOR ) – A leading global construction management software provider – has designated COMPASS as its preferred pre-qualification solution for subcontractors. This expanded collaboration introduces Prequal for All, which is now available to Procore customers today.

Prequal for All enables the prequalification review function of COMPASS to be available to all general contractors and subcontractors working within Procore. Subcontractors only need to complete a standardized prequalification file, keep it up-to-date, and can share it with any general contractor of their choice; currently, over 150,000 subcontractors have joined COMPASS.

COMPASS will analyze the financial, security, insurance, and operational information of each subcontractor, and generate a COMPASS Q Score (construction credit score), while also providing recommended pre-qualification review results. The risk team sets standards and reviews exceptions in COMPASS, while the project team checks the results during the bidding and awarding process in Procore.

Procore, the Senior Vice President of Products, stated: "Pre-qualification review is a key risk management function that requires specialized tools and a data-rich platform. By deepening our collaboration with Bespoke Metrics and further integrating their insights directly into Procore's AI drive platform, we can replace passive, static spreadsheets with proactive and modern risk intelligence. We are enhancing the value we bring to our common customers by helping them make smarter and faster risk management decisions."

COMPASS is one of the first partners to connect to Procore through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). MCP is an emerging standard for information sharing within the AI system. Bespoke Metrics and Procore are developing a proxy-based AI prequalification function based on this connection, with the first COMPASS Risk Agent expected to be launched later this year. From bidding to awarding, this new proxy will enable project teams to view the status of each subcontractor without leaving Procore.

The principle is quite simple: risk intelligence should flow freely, and sensitive data must not be leaked. Subcontractors can control which general contractors have access to their COMPASS files, while their financial statements are still retained in COMPASS. What is transmitted to Procore are the results: Q Score and the pre-qualification review results.

Bespoke Metrics Founder and CEO Michael Ho stated: "Lending institutions will not provide loans without a credit score. However, the construction industry still uses a bunch of forms to conduct qualification reviews on most trading partners. By setting COMPASS as the preferred pre-qualification solution within Procore, independent risk ratings are placed at the core of contractors' decision-making when choosing partners. This is beneficial for general contractors and even more so for subcontractors who qualify based on their merits."

About Bespoke Metrics

COMPASS by Bespoke Metrics is the world's largest prequalification network for the construction industry, connecting over 400 general contractors and more than 150,000 subcontractors from 33 countries, representing an annual construction business volume of over one trillion US dollars. COMPASS adopts standardized methods for data collection, verification, and subcontractor assessment to manage risks within the construction supply chain. Subcontractors maintain a secure profile to control which general contractors can access it, and generate a COMPASS Q Score (construction credit score) that reflects their operational expertise, financial capability, as well as their health and safety records. Even if Bitcoin plunges by 15% in a single day, crypto exchanges may still charge millions of dollars in fees – that's the logic of their business.
The article states that the main revenue for cryptocurrency exchanges comes from matching transactions, rather than betting on price fluctuations themselves. Therefore, even if Bitcoin experiences a sharp drop in a short period of time, the increased trading activity resulting from panic selling, bottom-fishing, and forced liquidations could still boost the platform's transaction fees. However, the author also points out that amplified volatility does not necessarily lead to higher profits. If the bear market persists and user participation, trading volume, and platform asset balances decline, exchange revenues may still face pressure.
