Oakville, Ontario, November 3rd / PRNewswire / -- Nour Private Wealth Inc. ( NPW ) and its affiliated holding and management company Nour Private Management Inc. ( NPM ) announced today that they have completed the acquisition of Mirabaud Canada Inc, the Canadian wealth management business under Mirabaud Group. The transaction was completed on October 30, 2026, and has strengthened NPW's position as a leading private wealth management company in Canada.

This transaction is an important milestone in NPW's long-term strategy, aimed at establishing itself as one of Canada's leading independent private wealth management platforms and further reinforcing its commitment to providing exceptional advice, enduring client relationships, and integrated wealth solutions.

Throughout the entire transition period, service continuity will always be the top priority. The company states that customers can expect a well-thought-out and carefully managed transition process to maintain the trust relationships they value.

NPW Founder and CEO Elie Nour stated: "Our goal has always been to build a wealth management company that puts family, relationships, and long-term trust at the core of every decision."

"This acquisition reflects this vision. We have long respected the heritage of Mirabaud, its commitment to personalized advice, and the trust that it has earned from Canadian families over the past few decades. He also mentioned upward revisions in oil price forecasts, the performance of some energy stocks compared to European power stocks, as well as factors like data centers, electricity demand, and licensing reforms.
