According to CoinMeta, Celsius filed a lawsuit against entities associated with BitMEX in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on September 12, accusing them of improper liquidation in March 2020. The complaint states that the bitcoins in question include 1,325.8385 bitcoins lost by Celsius on March 12, as well as 5,034.3281 bitcoins acquired from fund JST Alpha the following day.
