US regulators take action to drive a rebound in the crypto market

According to CoinMeta, recently, after facing obstruction from the Senate, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) took action on September 17 to boost the crypto market. On September 15, the Senate rejected a procedural motion regarding the Clear Act with a vote of 49-50. Subsequently, the SEC issued temporary exemptions for tokenized securities, allowing qualified trading platforms to trade certain tokenized stocks under certain conditions. At the same time, the CFTC also announced a position of not taking action against qualified passive software providers. These measures provided a clearer regulatory framework for the crypto market. The market responded swiftly, with Bitcoin rebounding above $80,000 after the regulatory announcements, and tokens such as UNI, RAY, and AERO also rose by 45.1%, 26.7%, and 17.8%, respectively.
