According to CoinMeta, stablecoin infrastructure company agora has received preliminary conditional approval from the US Federal Reserve (OCC) to establish a nationally chartered and regulated trust bank. This charter puts the stablecoins, custody, and trading infrastructure of agora under direct federal supervision.
