Hyperscale Data Plans to Establish a New Subsidiary Patriot BTC Focusing on Bitcoin Mining

According to CoinMeta, Wu said that he learned that Hyperscale Data (also known as GPUs), a U.S.-listed data center company, announced plans to establish a new subsidiary, Patriot BTC. This subsidiary will take over the data centers in Montana, Bitcoin mining machines, and related mining infrastructure, allowing the Bitcoin mining operations to be operated separately from the AI data center project in Michigan. Hyperscale Data stated that management is evaluating the possibility of making Patriot BTC a publicly traded entity through a split or other transaction methods. As of now, the new subsidiary has not been officially established, and the specific transaction structure has not yet been approved.
