CoinMeta data: A survey conducted by Nexo shows that 67% of wealthy investors hold crypto assets in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Argentina, but many are still reluctant to make them a core part of their long-term wealth planning. The survey found that security concerns, high fees, and complex platforms prevent many investors from using digital assets for retirement planning or as a substitute for traditional investments. The “Future of Digital Wealth 2026” report by Nexo indicates that wealthy investors have an average score of 4.83 out of 10 on the crypto integration index, with only 4.7% of respondents scoring 7 or higher, suggesting that crypto assets have replaced traditional assets and become a part of long-term financial planning. The survey also found that nearly 20% of respondents expect crypto assets to become a major driver of their personal wealth over the next decade.
