The fund will use the infrastructure provided by Securitize to issue tokenized equity, with the first version being launched on Ethereum. The current price of ETH is $2648.01. ARK, the founder and CEO of Cathie Wood, stated that this move is aimed at democratizing technology-driven innovation. Securitize, the CEO of Carlos Domingo, believes that this will provide investors with diversified investment opportunities in popular private tech companies.
