According to CoinMeta, Hu Zhewen has filed a lawsuit in Chicago, USA against Jump Trading and its related companies and executives, claiming at least $500 million in compensation. Hu Zhewen made significant bets during the early issuance of algorithmic stablecoins and the boom in AI tokens, and his investment in Stratis resulted in a return of over 1000 times. Between May 2021 and May 2022, he invested approximately $80 million in TerraUSD and Luna, with his holdings reaching a market value of over $800 million at their peak. Subsequently, the price of Luna nearly dropped to zero. In addition, Hu Zhewen also invested $1 million in tokens issued by an institution founded by Zhang Yongfeng, which saw a decline of over 99.6% from its peak in 2025.
