Coinbase and Kraken build two pathways for Ō ura IPO

CoinMeta US stock data: Coinbase and Kraken are building two different retail access pathways for Ō ura's upcoming NASDAQ IPO listing. Coinbase provides eligible American customers with the opportunity to request Ō ura common shares before they go public, while Payward Services (the operator of Kraken) aggregates demand for the same IPO. Successful participants will receive Ō urax, which is a tokenization tool. The Coinbase service is operated through Coinbase Capital Markets, and customers can submit purchase condition bids before the IPO pricing is set. Ō ura plans to offer 50 million shares at a price of $40 to $44 per share, of which 13.5 million shares will be sold by Ō ura itself, and 36.5 million shares will be provided by existing shareholders. According to the revised registration statement, Ō ura had revenue of $1.215 billion and net income of $60.8 million in the nine months ending June 30, 2026. This makes this IPO an important test for Coinbase's new distribution channels and also a significant supplement to the Payward IPO access program.
