According to CoinMeta, OpenAI recently hired former U.S. Army Secretary Dan Driscoll, who becomes the latest Trump administration official to join this AI giant. Driscoll left his position two months ago and will now join OpenAI to be responsible for national security modernization. According to reports by The Financial Times, OpenAI has hired at least three other former Trump officials this year, including Peter Baumann-Davis, former Chief of Staff for Health and Human Services AI Dean Bauer, and Thomas Linder, former Policy Director of the White House Cyber Office AI.
