According to CoinMeta, Hongsi Fang announced that its holding subsidiary, Zhongyan Hongse Jinding Ecological Technology Co., Ltd., signed a "Project Investment Framework Agreement" with the Suizhou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee on May 20, 2025. Zhongyan Hongse Jinding plans to build a new production base in the Qingchun Chemical Park of Suizhou High-Tech Zone, with a total planned investment of about 1.49 billion yuan. Due to differences in asset valuation and other aspects between the two parties, the assets of Zhongyan Hongse Jinding's old factory area could not be properly resolved. On November 4, 2026, the two parties signed a "Supplementary Agreement," which terminated the implementation of the original framework agreement's provisions regarding Zhongyan Hongse Jinding's investment of 1.49 billion yuan for the "New Chemical Materials and New Fertilizers Industrial Park Project."
