According to CoinMeta, GoPlusSecurity has issued a security warning, advising iOS users to update to the latest version as soon as possible and check if there are any malicious applications on their devices. Seal recently reported that multiple self-hosted wallet users suffered asset losses on iOS, including several Trust Wallet users and one Uniswap wallet user, with a total loss of approximately $561,000. Based on the information we currently have, we suspect that these cases may be related to the recent wave of iOS cybercrime. In these iOS attacks, attackers exploited unpatched vulnerabilities in older versions to steal private data and gain unauthorized access, followed by the theft and transfer of encrypted assets.
