According to the simplified case public notice form, Kunlun Manufacturing, along with its concerted actors Kunlun Capital, Yushu Technology, and Panjie Intelligence, have signed an agreement to establish a new joint venture that will mainly focus on industrial embodied intelligent robot solutions. After the transaction, Kunlun Manufacturing and its concerted actors will hold 60% of the shares in the joint venture, while Yushu Technology and Panjie Intelligence will each hold 20% of the shares, and the three parties will jointly control the joint venture.
