The plan proposes that by 2030, the total amount of urban housing will remain stable, the supply structure will be more in line with demand changes, the supply system that combines guarantees and market mechanisms will be further improved, the real estate market will operate smoothly, the housing system that encourages both renting and purchasing will continue to be strengthened, the layout of housing spaces will be continuously optimized, the integration of residential, working, and commercial services will be enhanced, and significant progress will be made in urban renewal in residential areas, allowing more families to live in safe, comfortable, green, and smart "good houses." By 2035, the goal is to achieve a higher level of livable housing, with housing development more closely coordinated with factors such as population, industry, land, transportation, and ecology. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, the city will accelerate the establishment of a new model for real estate development, improve the basic systems of real estate, and continuously optimize the structure and timing of residential land and commercial housing supply.
