According to CoinMeta, on November 4th, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology held a mobilization and deployment meeting for the assignment of robot product identification codes at the CCID Research Institute, in order to fully implement the relevant arrangements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Implementing a "one machine, one code" system for robots is a fundamental task for Beijing to improve the governance system of the robotics industry. By assigning a unified product identity code to robots, it is possible to accurately grasp the base data of the industry and the distribution of products, providing support for information traceability, standardized production by enterprises, and industry safety management, thereby promoting the full life cycle management of the robotics industry.
