According to CoinMeta, the smart account platform safe released its third-quarter data. As of the end of the quarter, the total assets held by safe smart accounts amounted to 57.64 billion US dollars, of which the net value of positions in the DeFi protocol was 12.4 billion US dollars, after deducting 2.37 billion US dollars in loans. This is the first time that safe has included DeFi positions in its asset statistics. The total account assets increased from 27.24 billion US dollars at the end of the second quarter, with a 66% rise being one of the reasons for this growth. In addition, at the end of the third quarter, the balance of stablecoins in safe accounts increased by 15% to 7.48 billion US dollars, and the quarterly transaction volume reached 44.75 billion US dollars, representing a 13.7% increase from the previous quarter.
