According to CoinMeta, Budanov, the director of the Ukrainian President's Office, revealed in an interview that he will lead a Ukrainian delegation to participate in trilateral talks between Ukraine, Russia, and the United States in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, from November 10th to 11th. Budanov stated that he does not expect breakthrough results from these talks, but the resumption of face-to-face consultations after several months is in itself a positive sign in the negotiation process. He emphasized that the ability to restore direct contact between the two sides is of great significance.
