According to CoinMeta, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission released a summary of its consultation on November 6th, and the proposed revisions received market support. The HKSCF will expand the list of restricted designations and establish an update mechanism, extending its regulatory coverage to the virtual assets sector in order to reduce misunderstandings among investors due to the names of institutions.
