According to CoinMeta, statistics from the Fujian Provincial Department of Transportation show that at 3 p.m. on November 7th, the passenger volume for the four cross-strait "small three direct links" routes in 2026 exceeded 2.03 million person-times, setting a new annual record. Currently, there are four such routes: Xiamen to Kinmen, Quanzhou to Kinmen, Mawei to Matsu, and Huangqi to Matsu. These routes serve as one of the most important and convenient channels for exchanges between people from Fujian and Taiwan, playing a significant role in deepening cross-strait integration and improving the well-being of compatriots on both sides. On a daily basis, these four routes operate 36 flights regularly. The operators of these cross-strait "small three direct links" have established a regular consultation mechanism to dynamically increase flight schedules during holidays and peak travel periods. At the same time, various service measures have been introduced to facilitate travel for people across the strait.
