According to CoinMeta, the former Coinbase product leader Linda Xie reviewed her personal angel investment over the past 10 years and stated that she has invested in a total of 50 companies, of which 60% are in the cryptocurrency sector and 10% are in the AI sector. Six of these investments have returned more than the initial amount invested, all from the cryptocurrency sector, including five token subscription investments and one equity investment. The company with the highest reported return on investment is a AI firm; if it could be liquidated, its returns theoretically could cover the entire investment portfolio. Additionally, 12 companies have officially shut down or been exited through talent acquisitions, with seven of these investments resulting in no return, four recovering 80% to 90% of the initial investment, and one with an outcome yet to be determined. The above statistics only cover her personal equity investments and do not include funds under her management or directly held cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
