According to CoinMeta, an office building of Saudi Aramco in Riyadh was attacked on Sunday, which is the latest sign of an escalation in conflicts between Saudi Arabia and Yemen's Houthi rebels. The Saudi National News Agency cited official sources stating that an attempt was made to attack the administrative office building of this oil giant, resulting in limited damage from debris, and no casualties were reported. The office building is located in the King Abdullah Financial District, which has been closed for nearly a month, with employees working remotely since then. The incident on Sunday is the most recent in a series of attacks on Saudi Aramco's infrastructure within Saudi Arabia. Previously, Saudi Aramco's headquarters in Jeddah was also attacked in October. This attack may be the most severe against Riyadh since a series of attacks on the city's main airport in October, which resulted in more than a dozen deaths and hundreds of injuries.
